Team Leaders and Room Assignments
- Schedule:
Vacation Bible School Monday Friday 9:00
a.m. Noon
Hot Dog Supper Friday Night 6:00
6:50 p.m.
Closing Program Friday Night 7:00 8:00 p.m.
- Each
child should have a Vacation
Bible School (VBS) Registration Form completed
by a parent or guardian. The teachers will have extras
in the rooms if needed. There should be one form completed
for each child attending VBS regardless of the number
of days he/she will be present. The form must be filled
out by the first day of VBS.
- School
age children (Kindergarten through Sixth) will be
in the class they finished this past school year.
2, 3 and 4 year old classes are for children who are
this age by the start of VBS. The Pre-Kindergarten
class will be for those who will be going in to Kindergarten
for the upcoming school year.
- The
Driveway will be blocked off both before and after
Vacation Bible School.
Dropping
Off
- 2
y/o 3y/o: Please have parent or guardian
escort child to their designated rooms each morning.
- 4
y/o: Please have parent or guardian escort child
to their designated room on Monday morning.
Tuesday through the remainder of the week, children
should be escorted directly to the sanctuary. Once
inside please help child to identify their group.
- Pre-Kindergarten
6th grade: Please have parent or guardian
escort child into sanctuary each morning. Once inside
please help child to identify their group.
Picking Up
- 2
y/o 4 y/o: Please have parent or guardian pick
up child from their room. Teachers will remain in
the rooms until all children are picked up.
- Pre
Kindergarten 6th grade: Teachers and youth helpers
will escort he children into the Sanctuary. Please
have parent or guardian pick up child from the sanctuary.

Each child will be responsible for bringing items
to help with the Friday night cookout. Please be on
the lookout for the item(s) that your childs class
has been asked to bring. Notes will be going during
the week of VBS.
